WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
It can sometimes be difficult to fill appointments which are cancelled at the last minute or if someone fails to turn up. If you wish to rearrange an appointment this must be done so according to the below time frames otherwise unfortunately a fee will be charged.
To rearrange, please let us know at least 1 week before your appointment date otherwise your deposit will be retained.

WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE?
Non-refundable deposits are required upon booking an appointment.
The remaining balance due is payable on the day of your appointment.
We accept cash, cheque and bank transfer. If you are looking to pay by bank transfer, the remaining fee for the treatment must be paid by the time your treatment commences.
WHY DO YOU TAKE A DEPOSIT?
On booking any appointment, we have unfortunately had to introduce the payment of a deposit.
The deposits are non-refundable and will be taken off the total appointment cost on the day.
The deposit serve two main purposes:
1. Our clinics are extremely busy and we try to keep waiting lists to a minimum. If a client fails to attend their appointment, we end up with a vacant slot that we could have offered to another person. The deposit is taken to discourage last minute cancellations/changes.
2. We strive to keep our prices at reasonable which is affordable to all clients. In order to do so, we run all aspects of our clinics as efficiently as possible. If a patient does not attend for a booked appointment we have a room standing empty. These costs still have to be paid regardless and are added to our overheads. The deposit helps cover the clinic costs if a client fails to attend.
For those clients who choose to buy bulk packages, if the required time for cancellation/rearrangement is not received, £20 will be deducted from your prepaid package.
We ask for £20 deposit when booking an appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME TO THE FERTILITY MASSAGE APPOINTMENT?
You are more than welcome to have someone come with you, however they will be asked to wait in the waiting areas at each clinic, one of the reasons being, we work with energy and having someone else in the room can interrupt this.
Another reason is that, infertility can be very lonely, having someone to talk openly and honestly too without having an emotional connection is invaluable.
HOW DOES FERTILITY MASSAGE DIFFER FROM OTHER MASSAGE TREATMENTS?
Fertility Massage is a combination of different therapies which are non-invasive and very gentle using techniques that are used with the intention of increasing your ability to conceive. Fertility Massage focuses primarily on your reproductive/digestive system and lower back. Fertility Massage will combine techniques to focus on your physical, emotional and spiritual well being, reconnecting you with your womb.
WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM FERTILITY MASSAGE THERAPY?
Everyone can benefit from having Fertility Massage, it is the perfect compliment if you are preparing to conceive, or actively trying to conceive. Fertility Massage can also be used during all phases of ART.
